A high-volume sticker order needed consistent colour, clean registration, and precise die-cutting across thousands of units, with fast turnaround for product labelling, shop branding, and promotional handouts.
02 · Approach
Artwork prepared for print-and-cut workflow on commercial vinyl stock. Runs batched with spot checks on registration, kiss-cut depth, and peel quality before packing.
03 · Deliverables
Full-colour sticker sheets printed on self-adhesive vinyl, kiss-cut to shape, weeded, and packed for bulk dispatch. Suitable for product labels, laptop branding, shop displays, and safety marking.
04 · Production
10,000+ stickers printed and cut in-house on a single production run, QC checked, and cartoned for client pickup and nationwide delivery.
05 · Outcome
Client received uniform die-cut stickers at volume with no colour drift across the batch. Order completed on schedule for immediate deployment.
