The Challenge
A growing retail chain needed illuminated fascia signage and window branding for 14 new store openings across Northern Nigeria, with consistent quality despite long-distance logistics.
Our Approach
Repeatable fascia template with modular illumination. Production batched in-house with coordinated freight and local installation partners in Kano.
Deliverables
Illuminated box fascia, window vinyl, entrance mats with logo, and promotional banners for grand-opening events.
Production Process
14 store kits fabricated and installed over 8 weeks, including 2 flagship locations with custom monument signs.
Outcome
All stores opened on schedule with matching brand presence. Chain expanded order to 6 additional locations the following year.
